- Once you create your account, you’ll be registered for the Free Plan which has the same features as the Starter Plan but the system cannot be activated, meaning that you won’t receive any check-in emails, and your trustees won’t receive any of your messages until you purchase a paid plan.
- All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed. If you cancel, your account will switch to the Free plan.
- If your credit card expires, payments will stop, and your subscription will switch to the Free plan.
- If your just-in-case messages are sent, your trustees can access your information for 90 days After 90 days, your subscription will be canceled and no further payments will be made.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for early cancellation of a paid subscription or for any unused portion of the subscription term.
